NSM LHIN Board of Directors

Can you help? 

The North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) is seeking candidates to fill current vacancies on its Board of Directors.

The NSM LHIN Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the affairs of the LHIN in accordance with applicable legislation, constituting documents, approved strategic and business plans and established government policies.

Candidates are expected to:

  • Understand Board governance practices
  • Have experience on corporate or non-profit boards
  • Allocate adequate time to be an effective director
  • Be committed to the improvement of the health care system 

Directors are appointed by Provincial Order-in-Council for a term of one to three years, subject to a one-term renewal.  If you would like further information, please contact Susan French at 1-866-903-5446 ext. 234.
