Scott McLeod Scott has over 25 years of health care management and planning experience in a variety of health-care settings, including hospitals and regional health authorities in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario. In his most recent role as CEO of the Central West LHIN, Scott was responsible for providing strategic leadership to a professional team that plans, funds, integrates and monitors local health care services within the LHIN’s geographic area.

Vice President, Home and Community Care - Karen Taillefer 
Karen Taillefer Karen is a dedicated healthcare leader who believes in the value of Interprofessional care and in continuous improvement and integration. She is recognized for having a collaborative approach as she works with others to make healthcare transitions safer for patients and their families. As Vice President, Home and Community Care Karen provides leadership for the delivery of home and community care which includes strategic leadership to home care service operations including primary care integration, and the delivery of equitable and outcomes based patient care.  She is also accountable for ensuring that patient safety and clinical ethics remain priorities within the operations.

Vice President, System Transformation (Ontario Health (Central Region) and North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN) - Neil Walker 
Neil Walker Neil Walker is a versatile senior leader with a strong background in developing integrated health programs and services within major academic health sciences centres, regional health authorities, community hospitals and ambulatory care centres. In his current role as Vice President, System Transformation, Neil is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and oversight for the development, implementation and evaluation of health system strategies and plans, integration and sub-region alignment. As well, his portfolio is responsible for the overall assessment of LHIN health care needs, developing strategic priorities for an integrated system, and translating the strategic priorities into achievable program plans.

Vice President, Quality and Performance (Ontario Health (Central Region) and North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN) - Debbie Roberts 
Debbie Roberts Debbie is a collaborative leader and strategic system thinker with over 20 years of experience in home and community care in North Simcoe Muskoka, nine of them at a senior executive level.  As Vice President, Quality and Performance Debbie provides leadership for organizational performance in the areas of patient service contracts, privacy and information technology and leading accreditation.  Debbie provides strategic and operational leadership, direction and oversight in the areas of quality, risk management, privacy and records management, patient services contracts, information technology, business intelligence and performance reporting at an organizational and system level. This includes leading accreditation for the LHIN organization.

Vice President, Financial Health and Accountability (Ontario Health (Central Region) and North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN) - Jeff Kwan
Jeff Kwan As Vice President, Financial Health and Accountability, Jeff is responsible for strategic leadership, direction and oversight of financial and business planning, financial controllership and management and corporate services.  This includes funding allocations to LHIN-funded health service providers, achievement of requirements in the Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement, as well as the development and maintenance of Health Service Provider/Local Health Integration Network/Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care relationships through service accountability agreements and regular monitoring of performance.

Director, Communications (Ontario Health (Central Region) and North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN) - Kathleen Bain 
Kathleen Bain Kathleen joined the NSM LHIN in May 2017 as Director, Communications.  Prior to this role, Kathleen served with the Communications Team for the North East LHIN, as Communications and Marketing Director for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Durham College, and as Communications Director for Trent University. Kathleen provides strategic leadership in communications and community engagement to ensure the North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN identifies and responds to community needs and works respectfully with our local residents, patients, family members, health services providers, and other partners.
