Governance Committee
The Governance Committee's responsibility is to oversee all governance matters of the LHIN, to make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding governance issues relating to the LHIN and in support of its prescribed aims and objectives, and consistent with the LHSIA 2006 and the applicable Memorandum of Understanding.
The Governance Committee will have the responsibility to perform the statutory requirements of the Nominating Committee as referred to in LHSIA 2006 and related regulations.
